The interior wartime, pulp-like, pages have yellowed on the edges from age; some pages exhibit light foxing and minor soil from handling and storage.The exterior would rate about good, the interior about Vg. Death Cards, more sympathetically referred to, as funeral mass/prayer cards, were available for the deceaseds family and friends who were in attendance at the funeral.
Two other pages have the same ink stamps, as well as other information printed in German and French; the remainder of the pages are unused.
The covers exhibit light age and wear, as well as light soil from handling and use; the gold impressed lettering and eagle are completely intact however, the gold has darkened a bit over the years.

The front exterior cover bears, gold pressed, German block style lettering and a German eagle and swastika with a short, black, diagonal stripe on the upper left corner. The inside of the front cover bears a large German ink stamp depicting an eagle and swastika and wording, Landrat des Areifes Niederbarnim. The first inside page has the name of the Passport holder, the Passport number, as well as Passport holder restrictions in the Reich.
The second inside page bears the persons name, birth date, place of birth, occupation, residence, physical characteristics and other remarks.The paper exhibits light signs of age, minor wear and insignificant soil.The panels with the religious illustrations are lightly yellowed, the photo side must have been stored folded closed and is in excellent condition.The paper exhibits light signs of age, minor yellowing, as well as, minor wear on the printed surface from handling. Nice study of cap, collar tabs, shoulder boards with # 260 Rgt.slip-ons, breast eagle, Russian Front & Iron Cross 2 Class ribbons in button hole, the hint of a Wound badge on the left pocket and a Gefreiter sleeve chevron.The front of the photo is in, just about, excellent condition and has fancy cut edges; there is one very light brown spot on the lower right border, as well as very tiny ink spot, (about pin-point size).
